Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of Harmony, a project management platform operated by YComplex Ltd. All users of Harmony must comply with this Policy. By using Harmony, you agree to abide by these rules.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Harmony to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, malware, or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts, workspaces, or data
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from Harmony beyond what is provided through our API
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service without our written permission
• Interfere with the operation of the service, including through denial-of-service attacks, spam, or excessive resource consumption
• Store or distribute content that is illegal, including content that infringes intellectual property rights or constitutes child sexual abuse material
• Impersonate other users or YComplex Ltd staff

3. API and MCP Server Usage

API access is subject to reasonable rate limits to ensure fair use and service stability. When accessing Harmony programmatically or via the MCP server, you must authenticate using API tokens, not browser session cookies. Excessive or abusive API usage — including behaviour that places undue load on our infrastructure — may result in rate limiting or revocation of your API token.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, enforcement action may include:

• A written warning
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account

We aim to be proportionate in our enforcement. Minor first-time violations will generally receive a warning before any suspension or termination action is taken.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe another user is violating this Policy, please report it to us at abuse@harmony.ad. We take all reports seriously and will investigate accordingly.
